We refer to the announcements dated 21 May 2012 (“Announcement”) and 25 October 2012, respectively in relation to the BLH Acquisition.

 

Unless otherwise stated, words and expressions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those attributed to them in the Announcement.

 

 

On behalf of the Board, HwangDBS wishes to announce that BHB and the Vendor have via an exchange of letter dated 19 December 2012 mutually agreed to extend the Completion Date for the BLH Acquisition from 19 December 2012 to 27 December 2012.
