APPEAL ON DE-LISTING OF BHB

Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 14 April 2022. We refer to our announcement made on 14 April 2022 in relation to the Appeal submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the Appeal, Bursa Securities has decided to: (a) dismiss the Company’s Appeal for an extension of time to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval; and (b) de-list the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to paragraph 8.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements. In the circumstances, the securities of the company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on Friday, 3 June 2022. This announcement is dated 1 June 2022. |
