APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO SUBMIT THE PROPOSED REGULARISATION PLAN

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 28 February 2019 (“First Announcement“) in relation to the Company triggering the prescribed criteria pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(3) and Paragraph 2.1(a) of Practice Note 17 (“PN17“) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities“) (“MMLR“). In accordance with Paragraph 8.04(3) and PN17 of the MMLR, the Company was required to submit a regularisation plan by 27 February 2020 to Bursa Securities. Further to the First Announcement, BHB wishes to announce that an application for an extension of time to comply with Paragraph 8.04(3) and PN17 of the MMLR, has been submitted to Bursa Securities on even date. This announcement is dated 13 February 2020 |
