The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 July 2021 entered into an agreement (“Agreement”) with MHC Trading (M) Sdn Bhd in respect of Brahim’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Tamadam Industries Sdn Bhd.
