MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) BETWEEN BRAHIM’S HOLDINGS BERHAD (“BHB”) AND UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA MALAYSIA (“UiTM”)

Further to the Company’s announcement made on 29 November 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no further material development with UiTM since the signing of the above MOU dated 18 February 2013.
