– Notice of Intention to Deal in the Company’s Securities during Closed Period
 

In compliance with Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), Brahim’s has received notifications on 6 May 2014 from Datuk Ibrahim Bin Haji Ahmad and Tan Sri Dato’ Mohd Ibrahim Bin Mohd Zain of their intention to deal in the securities of the Company during closed period. The closed period shall commence from 28 April 2014 pending the release of its first quarterly results for the period ended 31 March 2014. Details of their shareholdings as at the date of notification are set out below:-
