In compliance with Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Company has received notification on 13 July 2012 from the following Director of his intention to deal in the securities of the Company during closed period shall commence from 17 July 2012 until 17 August 2012, pending the announcement by the Company of its results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2012 and he has requested the Company to notify the Bursa Securities accordingly. The details of the shareholdings of the Director concerned are detailed in Table 1 below:- Table 1
