Pursuant to Rule 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company has received notification from Mr Cheam Heng Cheang, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company in relation to the disposal of shares by Inveshold Sdn Bhd, a company in which he has deemed interested pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965, details of which are set out in the table below.
