In compliance with Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), Brahims has received notification on 30 January 2014 from Datuk Ibrahim Bin Haji Ahmad of his intention to deal in the securities of the Company during closed period by persons connected to him, Brahim’s International Franchises Sdn Bhd in which he has deemed interested. The closed period shall commence from 27 January 2014 pending the release of its fourth quarterly results for the period ended 31 December 2013.
