We refer to the article titled “Brahim’s to buy Burger King franchise”, which appeared in The Edge Malaysia for the week 15-21 September 2014.

The Board of Directors of Brahim wishes to inform that the Company is exploring the business opportunity and engaging in preliminary discussions on buying Burger King franchise but as at to date, the Company has neither concluded nor entered into any definitive agreement relating to the above.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in accordance with Bursa Securities’ Listing Requirements, should there be any further development on this matter.
