We refer to the announcement in relation to the Proposed BLH Acquisition dated 21 May 2012 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, words and expressions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those attributed to them in the Announcement. On behalf of the Board, HwangDBS wishes to announce that the Vendor has agreed that the date for BHB to hold the EGM for the Proposed BLH Acquisition be extended from 30 July 2012 to 6 September 2012 (“EGM Date Extension”). Save for the EGM Date Extension, all existing terms and provisions in the SSA remain unchanged. This announcement is dated 27 July 2012.
