MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BRAHIM’S HOLDINGS BERHAD (“the Company” or “BHB”) – MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) BETWEEN BHB AND DHYAFAT ALBALAD ALAMEEN CO LTD (“DHYAFA”)

Further to the Company’s announcement made on 27 February 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no further material development since the signing of the above MOU dated 6 March 2014.
