In compliance with Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, Brahim’s has received notifications from Tan Sri Dato’ Mohd Ibrahim Bin Mohd Zain and Datuk Ibrahim Bin Haji Ahmad of their dealings in the securities of the Company during closed period by persons connected to them, Brahim’s International Franchises Sdn. [2] Deemed interested in shares by virtue of his shareholdings in Semantan Capital Sdn Bhd which is a shareholder of Brahim’s International Franchises Sdn Bhd pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965.
